Where can the mobile sauna go?

We can deliver our cabin-style sauna to almost any legal location, with solid level ground. We just need decent roads to get there and enough space to navigate parking and delivery. Always contact us first to discuss the proposed delivery site.

How much does it cost?

Check out the “Sauna” tab for all the specific pricing and packages. Longer rentals are available upon request. Delivery is free up to 15 miles from our York, Maine location. Quote for additional travel is provided based on location.

How hot does the sauna get?

The sauna can be heated between 160-200F.

How is the sauna cleaned?

We use high-quality, 100% biodegradable sauna cleaning solution formulated specifically for sauna use.

Can I use my own wood?

Only dry, seasoned wood should be burned in the stove. Stove can fit wood up to 18.5″ long. Please consult & follow any local and state guidelines for your area.

How big is the sauna?

The exterior footprint with the stairs down: (L) x (W) x (h).

How many people can fit in the sauna?

We can comfortably fit about 5-6 adults. Depending on the size of the people, this could be higher or lower.

What do I need to sauna?

Avoid wearing any makeup, lotions, or scented products as they can damage the sauna interior. Bring a swimsuit, water bottle or cup. The less items, the better. Hydrate ahead of your session. Check out our User Manual and Guest Guidelines for more tips. Be sure to read & sign the waiver.

How do we use the sauna?

A traditional Finnish style sauna usually consists of 2-4 rounds, rotating between the hot room, cooling off outside/taking a cold rinse or plunge. A “round” consists of 5-15 minutes in the sauna (no hard rules here, everyone is unique, listen to your body and exit when you are ready), followed by a cold/cool rinse and equal cooling time to let your heart rate and body temp return to normal before going for the next round. End with a cold rinse for maximum benefits.

Can I pour water on the rocks?

Yes! Adding water is what creates the löyly. Always check with your sauna mates before adding more water.

Are there any restrictions for who can use the sauna?

Always consult your physician before using the sauna or cold plunge. Sauna use may be unsafe for people with certain heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, fever or active infections, seizure disorders, or severe/open skin conditions. Pregnant people, young children, older adults, and anyone under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or certain medications should also avoid sauna use unless cleared by a healthcare professional.
